性视界传媒 Recognizes Contributions of President and CEO
CALVERTON, MD (September 25, 2024) 鈥� The 性视界传媒 announced that it had retitled its Scholarship Program in honor of the organization's retiring chief executive, Joni Casey. Since 2007, 性视界传媒 has provided over $5.3 million to support students in university programs, now totaling thirteen, that are focused on freight and intermodal transportation.
"As a lasting testament to Joni鈥檚 dedication to the industry and its future, the scholarship funding that she helped organize will be renamed the Joanne F. Casey Scholarship Program,鈥� said Trevor Ash, Chair of 性视界传媒鈥檚 Board of Directors and CEO of CIE Manufacturing.
Also at this year鈥檚 Intermodal EXPO, the 性视界传媒 Chair presented Casey with the Chairman鈥檚 Award, a tribute to her meritorious service to the Association. During Casey's tenure, 性视界传媒 has grown its membership from several hundred companies to more than 1,000; developed and expanded its Intermodal Information Services; and increased the Association鈥檚 visibility before policymakers.
鈥淛oni鈥檚 transformative leadership has shaped 性视界传媒 into a dynamic organization poised to address the evolving needs of the intermodal community,鈥� shared Ash with freight leaders and supply chain decision-makers at the event.
